Vasuman is looking to grow its dynamic team of Developers, Business Analysts and Product Managers with a strong team of QA Business Analysts to cater to the growing business requirement.

Roles & Responsibility:
- Strong proficiency in various testing methodologies (Functional, Non-functional, Regression testing etc.)
- Document and manage all project requirements and changes to requirements throughout SDLC
- Work with various stakeholders from the business and development teams and build BRDs and other project related specifications
- Define and carry out QA assessments require helping achieve project milestones and reassuring the stakeholders of the quality
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of delivering and supporting businesses or applications.
- Quality management tools (Micro Focus Quality Center, TestDirector, Test Manager, TestLink, SpiraTest, TestRail, HP-ALM (QC)) to organize and manage all phases of the software testing process including planning, running tests, and tracking defects, generating and storing test reports, and interlinking them with the release requirements
- Defect tracking tools (BugZilla, Mantis, IBM Rational ClearQuest) to track the defects found in the application and generate bug reports to communicate them to the dev team
- MS Excel or Test Studio to write large sets of test cases and later import them into test management tools
- Project management software (Jira, Redmine, YouTrack, and Backlog)
- SQL clients to connect to the database
- API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, Katalon) for automated checks. They offer predefined snippets to automate API testing without the need to write code
- IDEs for writing code (VSCode, Visual Studio, IntelliJ IDEA)
- Identify and prioritize test conditions addressing product risks and features to be tested
- Define and design specific test cases to cover test conditions
- Identify necessary test data to support test conditions and test cases
- Develop test procedures and other quality documentation: test plans, test cases, and status reports for management
- Execute or delegate exploratory, automated, and regression tests
- Participate in the technical review process contributing behavioral viewpoint
- Experience working in a professional environment utilising technology to drive value
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, often utilising proprietary methods

- Present solutions and recommendations to internal stakeholders with resource utilisation and budget consumption
- Provide technical training and mentoring to other teams and team members
- Analyze requirements and prepare a query list. If requirements are incomplete, need to elicit requirements that will yield more information and help perform testing effectively
- Write and execute test cases to find system bugs like UI and usability issues, etc.
- Check consistency across devices, browsers, and operating systems
- Provide inputs on high-level test scenarios, challenges, risks, resources, test estimates, etc., during test planning meetings
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software testing with good Knowledge and understanding of quality assurance function
- Strong experience in writing and documenting test scripts with test scenarios and cases and create user acceptance criteria and conduct UAT
- Experience across OS – Android, iOS, Windows
- Experience with deployment activities in various instances
- Good experience working in Agile framework (Scrum) as well as Waterfall
- Experience working with other stakeholders to elicit requirement and converting the same to tech stack / blueprint
Nice to have:
- User knowledge of JIRA and Confluence toolsets
- ISTQB Certification would be a bonus
