Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and strategic decision-making processes. Your ability to gather and interpret data, conduct indepth analysis, and translate insights into actionable recommendations will drive our business forward. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to shaping our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, requirements, and objectives.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows.
• Develop and document comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications.
• Analyse data and trends to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Assist in project planning, implementation, and monitoring of key initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis, business modelling, and process documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) are advantageous.
