Summary Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Leader to oversee and drive end-to-end project execution within our dynamic technology division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, ESS / CRM development and implementation, and project lifecycle management while effectively leading cross-functional teams. With a strong grasp of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, this role will focus on delivering enterprise-grade solutions and optimizing internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Manage the development, implementation and optimization of Employee Self-Service systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
- Define project scope, create detailed plans, and execute risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Foster stakeholder engagement by collaborating with senior leadership and department heads to align project deliverables with business requirements.
- Implement best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and ensure seamless API integrations between different systems.
- Conduct data migration efforts, system security audits, and compliance checks.
- Lead a team of professionals by providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
- Drive process improvements, change management, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
Required Skills:
- 20+ years of experience in IT project management, software development, and enterprise solutions.
- Proven track record in ERP & CRM development and implementation, and any other relevant SaaS / enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in .Net, Java, SQL, and Testing Strategies.
- Strong experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies for software development and project execution.
- Expertise in risk assessment, compliance management, and data security best practices.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience managing teams of 30+ professionals.
- Hands-on experience in API development, system integration, and DevOps practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computers / Projects, or relevant experience.
