Role Overview:
As a Sr. Business Analyst – IT Systems, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and strategic decision-making processes. Role Description:
Candidate should be able to define, continuously improve and explain to various stakeholders, globally applicable process, across all elements of the C4C – CRM Business, with particular focus on the Client Engagement Value Cycle (CEVC), encompassing CRM, Acceptance / KYC, Pricing, Deployment and Engagement Management.
Knowledge/Skills:
Experience – 10+ Years as overall Business Analysis experience
Summary Description:

Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrating industry leader level knowledge of and/or proven record of success in:
- As a Senior Business Analyst (BA) responsible for scoping, planning and supporting the successful project implementation of solutions by providing business analysis, best practice, detailed requirements and user stories definition and user acceptance facilitation.
- In addition team player who needs to work closely with Business Users, Product Owners, Product Managers, IT Business Partners and IT Architects to develop a conceptual architecture for the solutions. The Senior BA is an active role in the product’s lifecycle management.
- The primary focus is to make sure that a solution is chosen to fulfill known and understood business requirements, fitting into the Product roadmap definitions and continuously providing business value over its lifecycle. What you’ll be working on:
- Actively engage with IT Product Manager and IT Business Partner in the portfolio management processes
- Lead and drive project scoping phase. Collaborate with business and informatics stakeholders to lead the business case development for new initiatives including high level solution options and resource estimates
- Translates the IT enabled business strategy developed by the technical team into an Informatics context and works with IT Product Managers, IT Business Partners and IT Architects to develop project proposals and roadmaps that support the strategy
- Support the business partner and IT Business Partner to obtain project approval from the portfolio committees
- Drive the identification of the most appropriate solution for Client through formal RFI/RFP/RFQ (Request for Information/Proposal/Quotation) processes. Evaluate feasibility of potential solutions in collaboration with business users and Subject Matter Experts for Lab Information Management System (LIMS)
- Prepare mandatory deliverables supporting the PMM “initiate” and “define” phases together with the Project Manager.
- Participate in Squads working on significant enhancements to understand business needs and translate them into requirements
- Strives for harmonization of business processes across sites and departments by propagating common standardized data models, applications and technologies that are in line with the cross-functional or functional Informatics strategies and architectures.
- Drives cross functional teamwork by collaborating with BA’s within Chapter and across Org Units to continuously harmonize and further develop skills and working practices specific to the BA community
- The ideal candidate:
- Enable a diverse group of partners to speak with a single voice
- Ensure the right information is available to the development team in the right level of detail at the right time so that the product can be developed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cross functional business disciplines (marketing, finance, procurement) would be a value.
- Although not a requirement a deep understanding of accounting would be distinct advantage
- Be a self-starter who is capable of managing their own time and workload, with an ability to set realistic timelines for deliverables and ultimately delivering to those time frames
- Ability to work in a diverse environment, operating across multiple time zones and on multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Information Technology or other related courses
