Vasuman Ltd., UK is looking for FinTech Business analyst to join their talented IT development team and help maintain the business standards for business analysis.
Key responsibilities will include; working with key stakeholders to define and document business requirements, monitoring project progress, producing project plans and working closely with the developers to ensure that deadlines are met.

Requirements
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC both in Greenfield & Maintenance projects in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Must have experience with SWIFT messaging (specifically MT 940 and 942)
- Must have a deep understanding of message formatting and message channels (FTP, host to host)
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable working closely with developers within the company
- Desirable: XML and MT300 experience and Proficient in creating test plans, test strategies and test development
- Competent in recording, reporting (XML and HTML reports), and tracking defects to accurately depict the status of the system
- Sound/expert knowledge of different XML and SWIFT file formats for payments and statements including –
- Knowledge in the following ISO 20022 formats specifically Pacs 008, 009 and 004 and SEPA variations (e.g. SEPA cancellation)
- Desired knowledge in Pain formats specifically 113 and 118, STD18 and MT messages specifically MT101, 102 etc.
- Should be well versed in Component Level Testing, Integration Testing, End to End Testing, Regression Testing, GUI Testing, Cross Browser TestingPrevious experience as an IT Business Analyst within a variety of environments including end to end
- Significant amount of payment processing experience (not a payments operations background but end to end knowledge of accounts payable application to bank acceptance of file processing)
- Hands on experience in writing, optimizing queries on Microsoft SQL server and MySQL and competent in writing queries using T-SQL mainly to resolve any payment report query
Business knowledge:
Uses business analysis and process design skills to identify the business needs, analyse the requirements, shape initiatives with op model and design impacts, as well as support testing and implementation of agreed solutions.
Support the Product Owner to ensure the Labs and Teams make the right choices in the changes they execute to ensure investment is made in the right business solution with a focus on the items of highest value to the customer and the business.
The Business Analyst will support the development and maintenance of the business architecture artefacts and documentation of the associated operating model, and changes to the customer journeys and colleague processes
