Technical Consultant (Job Ref: 32)

Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Technical Consultant in the UK to design, develop, test, and implement
specialist software systems. The role involves providing consultancy throughout the implementation
lifecycle and assisting clients with change management.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, implement and maintain software systems.
  • Provide consultancy services to clients across all stages of the implementation lifecycle
    (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and evaluation).
  • Assist customers in successfully managing and sustaining process, and technology change.
  • Develop scripts and test scripts based on client requirements.
  • Develop customization workbooks and artifact lists.
  • List all test cases applied to scripts.
  • Conduct calls with clients and vendors to gather requirements.
  • Build and test exports and imports based on provided data.
  • Work on workflows and custom forms.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and consultants on the integration process.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on implementation approaches.
  • Work on RFP (Request for Proposal) for clients.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Experience in software system design, development, testing, implementation, and
    maintenance.
  • Proficiency in data mapping and coding of feeds.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM solutions.
  • Script development and testing.
  • Experience with software like Mavenlink, Salesforce, HRM Systems, and NetSuite (or similar
    ERP platforms).
  • Experience in developing customization workbooks and artifact lists.
  • Experience with imports and exports.
  • Workflow and custom form configuration.

  • Project management skills, including developing WBS and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Experience with Dayforce.
  • Mavenlink Partner Contextual Training and Core Product Certification.
  • ERP Certification in CRM / Finance core modules.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.

  • Ability to find quick solutions to problems.
