Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Business Systems Analyst to lead the definition and continuous improvement of globally applicable business processes. This central role is critical to the delivery of our consulting and product development services, specifically driving enterprise-wide digital transformation and optimizing the Client Engagement Value Cycle (CEVC).
The successful candidate will oversee the Employee Self-Service (ESS) lifecycle—from onboarding and time management to Acceptance/KYC, Pricing, and Deployment. You will act as the bridge between stakeholder requirements and technical execution, ensuring our proprietary products are bespoke, scalable, and integrated with the latest AI and Machine Learning technologies.
Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Employee Self-Service (ESS) Business Objects.
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions to identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Customize product features to suit bespoke requirements across diverse industries and customer locations.
Solution Design & Documentation
- Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications for core system implementations.
- Create and maintain detailed business process documentation, user stories, and workflows that incorporate Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Develop technical design documentation for system configurations, enhancements, and integrations within the self-service model.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Manage project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring strict alignment with client expectations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform risk assessments, track project KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership.
Data Migration & Analytics
- Design and oversee data migration strategies, ensuring the accurate transfer of legacy data into modern platforms.
- Support the development of analytical models leveraging ML techniques to enhance processing and “smart reserves.”
- Validate data, resolve migration issues, and create comprehensive reconciliation reports.
Technical Leadership
- Provide guidance to development teams on scripting, database queries (SQL, T-SQL), and system configurations.
- Oversee the implementation of Azure Data Factory pipelines and ETL processes, utilizing AI to remove data duplicates and ensure high-quality reporting.
- Establish quality goals and implement technical best practices across the team.
Technical Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical systems analysis and implementation.
- Database & Scripting: Proficiency in SQL/T-SQL and working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
- Cloud & ETL: Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, ETL processes, and data migration strategies.
- Project Tools: Expert-level use of Jira, Confluence, and Rally.
- AI/ML Literacy: Practical knowledge of integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning workflows into business software.
Functional Skills Required
Agile Leadership: Strong background in managing project roadmaps and facilitating agile methodologies in a digital transformation context.
Domain Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in the ESS domain, including deep knowledge of hire to exit processes.
Process Optimization: Proven ability to manage the Client Engagement Value Cycle (CEVC) and the full lifecycle of Employee Self-Service (ESS) tools.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to explain complex, globally applicable processes to various stakeholders.
